The Apartment

Right on the golf course, you will find our comfortable apartment (65m2) that was renovated in 2016, with a large terrace (35m2) and unobstructed views of the mountains and golf course. 

The apartment has a spacious living room and open kitchen, a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine and dryer. The apartment is equipped with WiFi and there is a TV with ability to stream in the living room. Plenty of light comes through the glass sliding door in the living room and bedroom (especially from a Spanish perspective) and you can also enjoy the view from the living room. After preserving the authentic Spanish atmosphere during renovation and adding modern comforts, you will find a cosy and comfortable home environment here. The small scale community is located on the golf course Don Cayo and has its own pool. 

Within walking distance you will find Altea la Vella, a typical Spanish village with cafes, restaurants and all amenities including a supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, etc. The town of Altea is a 10-minute drive from the apartment and a 5 minutes drive from the nearest pebble beach with beautiful cabanas. Sandy beaches can be found in Calpe (25 minutes) and Benidorm (35 minutes). Public transport is available; if you want to be flexible, we recommend using a (rental) car.
